Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&CS)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&CS") apply to all sales concluded on the website https://y70dsn-0z.myshopify.com/ operated by Cuisines val de loire, 5 bis Rue Édouard Branly, 37170 Chambray-lès-Tours, France.

Article 1 — Scope of application

These T&CS apply to any purchase made by a consumer (natural person acting for non-professional purposes) on our site. Any purchase implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&CS.

Article 2 — Products and prices

The products offered are those listed on the site at the time of viewing. Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included (TTC). Cuisines val de loire reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to the order is that in force at the time of validation of the order.

Article 3 — Order

The customer places an order online via the site. The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the customer. Cuisines val de loire reserves the right to cancel any order in case of supply problem or suspicion of fraud.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is made online by the means offered on the site (credit card, etc.). Payment is secured via the Shopify Payments platform. The order is processed after full collection of payment.

Article 5 — Delivery

Deliveries are made only in metropolitan France. Delivery costs are free for any order equal to or greater than 110 EUR; below this amount, the costs amount to 15 EUR. Orders placed before 6 p.m. are processed the same day; after 6 p.m., they are processed the next day. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 working days via Chronopost, Colissimo or DPD.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to info@cuisinesvaldeloire.com. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer in case of withdrawal without cause.

Article 7 — Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for the following reasons: quality defect, appearance problem, delivery error, odor or color difference. Refunds are made within 1 to 5 working days after receipt and verification of the return. Return costs are borne by Cuisines val de loire in case of defect or error on our part.

Article 8 — Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Article 9 — Liability

Cuisines val de loire cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the purchased products. Our responsibility is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

Article 10 — Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, the customer may resort to conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method. Failing amicable resolution, French courts will have sole jurisdiction. The applicable law is French law.
